Have you called to check status? If you were approved first couple of days in Feb you may not have gotten the approval email. I didn't get it with my 5/6/22 cert. I only found out when I called atf hotline to check status at 270 something days.
I've checked. FFL has also been looking into it as I'm not the only one

Don't feel too bad. I bought a BOGO Banish 30 and Banish 22 right before Christmas. The Banish 30 was approved several weeks ago, but I am still waiting on the 22.
I submitted 2 eform 1 and 1 eform 4 on Jan 17. Got the first form 1 on March 8 (50 days), second form 1 on June 22 (156 days), and just got the form 4 on Aug 9 (204 days). And I still don't understand why there is a wait at all when I've been cleared for multiple NFA items over the past 15yrs including one less than a year ago...

This same guy helped me get a stamp for an early feb approval that the ATF was dragging their feet on as well.
No stamp yet for the Enticer, but I'll take what I can get....
Also emailed my examiner to see if she can shove the enticer thru.

Wow, I'm on 126 days for an eForm4 Trust...that's some BS that some folks are getting them in 40 days and the rest of us are waiting 200+. Especially since I submitted and 2-weeks later got another one that I'd submitted 270 days before. You'd THINK that when they approved the 1st one the 2nd one would show up in the system and they could do them both at the same time...but that would be way to efficient.
I bought two on the same day in December 2022 (BOGO) and submitted both at the same time. I just got one approved at the end of July, still waiting on the other one. Terribly inefficient to have them worked on separately. But pretty much exactly what I would expect from an government agency doing a task they would rather not do.agracer said:

They don't want to be efficient, they want to slow roll approvals to keep demand down. The ATF wants to minimize the proliferation of these items as much as they possibly can. They only approve these because they are legally obligated to.
They eliminated the ability to Form 1 solvent traps because they were cheaper and quicker than Form 4 cans.

127 days and counting for eForm 1…Frustrating. Especially when seeing people get them back in 2-3 weeks.

Has the online E-form site provided anyone with pertinent information? Or do most call the ATF phone number, for an update: "Yes, we have your application. Anything else?"

Dang. Yeah I would expect you to already have that. I was told the amnesty ones were not priority, but if yours was paid then that seems like way too long.
I'd reach out to my rep and have them call atf. Average is only like 60 days according to the ATF.
I did this w a can 2 weeks ago… told my rep it was over the average wait. Was approved within 24 hours of me sending the consent form

I contacted my rep last week. We'll see if it does any good.
Got five freebies today 8/22/23. And file form 1's on a trust. Submitted originally 2/21/23, but wrong model on one of the form 5320's, resubmitted the one 5/22/23.
My last one I submitted on May 5, 2022 and got approved on Jan. 17, 2023

You might have gotten bad info, or they lied. My amnesty Form 1 was approved in roughly 90 days.
