I have an individual e form 4 I filed through capitol armory in February I am still waiting on. I know I am in good company but dang man. April?

My April can was approved in August

That's just ridiculous when others have been waiting four to eight months for an individual can. I was approved for a different can (345 day wait) one month ago, yet others that could have easily been approved under the same background check wait to randomly repeat the entire process all over again. Such a waste of time and resources!
My friend and I sent in for our cans exactly 13 days apart at the same gun shop (Gun Connection in Taylor). We were approved exactly 13 days apart aswell. Took both of us 173 days for approval.

So there is a difference in approval times for individual transfers vs trust transfers? That's new to me.
Also does anyone know if there's a difference between a suppressor vs a mg? Currently sitting on month 8.

Yes individual is significantly faster in most cases.
MG should take about the same amount of time for a Form 4 as a suppressor. If it's an out of state transfer from a private seller, then it's going to have a form 4 wait on each end. To seller's FFL and from buyer's FFL, with a form 3 in the middle. This scenario is rare with suppressors but a common occurance with MGs.

The best part is I submitted the one in April, then 2-weeks later go approval from one in October. Just got my Remington 870 Vangcomp SBS approved. Submitted 3/30/23. That's 208 days. Not sure why they didn't approved the 3 others I have outstanding. ATF is gay.

That's what you'd think, but they have zero desire to be efficient. The ATF's job is to do the bare minimum to maintain compliance with the NFA so they can prevent the "proliferation" of NFA weapons as much as legally possible. Their inefficiency and wasting resources on doing background investigations for each and every item is a feature for the gun control advocates that run the ATF/DOJ. If Form 4 approval was instantaneous, which should easily be possible in 2023, then there would be a higher demand for NFA weapons. The NFA is pointless and unconstitutional legislation that makes no one safer, yet it is one lever that gun control advocates can use to hurt their political enemies. So they use it to the best of their ability to limit access to any weapons that they possibly can. Furthermore, they'll ruthlessly seek out and destroy the lives of anyone that dares commit a victimless crime by inadvertently or intentionally violating their ridiculous interpretations of the legislation.

That's how I felt every time I got the ATF email about eforms portal being down for maintenance
I got a similar one last week for a can approved in August. Even more frustrating, is that when I logged in to their website, the can I have in jail right now that is well past the average wait time shows to be "completed" on their orders page and says they received approval on 9/17. That doesn't match up with the tax stamp page and I've not received any eforms notices about that can since certification. I emailed their customer service and got a canned response to disregard their earlier email about my can approval in August. Emailed them back again asking about the one I'm waiting on and never got a response.Bregxit said:

Just got a text from my dealer that my paperwork was approved on 3 cans.
1 submitted in Feb and 2 in July.
Today was a good day.
Something else worth noting. I received another approval a few weeks ago that was submitted in Nov by a different dealer. So maybe this "batch" approval has something to do with being the same dealer. These submissions I mailed fingerprint cards in and e-filed the form 4. Just trying to make sense of this nonsense.
