Was told the FBI is dragging their asses on the background checks. They are in June submissions right now per atf. Both my July form 1s are stuck right now.

My son recently received his third suppressor, all through BOSS Firearms (B-CS).
Latest one submitted in mid-Dec 2019, letter received at BOSS last week. The kicker----it was approved in late May!!! BOSS owner said 20 forms arrived in one mailing...

There was almost 60 days on mine, between approval, and receipt by the dealer.

I just called. My form 4 was finally approved yesterday! It's a Christmas ****ing miracle.

370 days from Pending to Approval. Now, I just have to wait for the damned thing to get mailed. Which I hear is taking over a month at times.

Yes. You are the maker and need your name and location. They are the manufacturer. You are changing the firearm from class 1 to class 2.

Correct and if you cannot see the caliber on the barrel you may also need to engrave the caliber if the lower is marked Multi or a different caliber than you are building. This is some what controversial.

Probably for two reasons: there will be a rush to get the stamps like the ammo hoarding just in case the Demon-commies do away with a revenue generating branch and its services, and the new regime may do away with the revenue generating branch of GunGrabbersInc

I'm on month 6 for 2 suppressor stamps as well. My FFL dealer said I should be getting it in the next month based on approved stamps he's getting for other customers

I hope so also. It was my first. I messed up my Form 23 that I uploaded. Realized I did, so I fixed it and submitted a hard copy with my prints. I was worried that would slow it down.

So i had one disapproved in November as the photo didn't upload correctly and the lady I called and talked to said some eform 1's have been taking longer than paper versions. She suggested I re-submit via hard copy instead of eform.
