The first one was at the neighbors.

It was after a frog on the sticky paper.

The snake was removed from the sticky paper but the neighbor didn't want it coming back as it was always by their back door trying to get in the house.

She asked my advice... I recommended to let it live.

The other one was in the neighborhood, but not in my yard. Had it been in my yard it would have been dispatched.

Well, I know a few people on here that might have a stroke/heart attack/or fall over something and break a leg just at the sight of it.

Texas night snake in the backyard. Had to move him outside the fence so the dogs would leave him alone, and he was quicker than I thought he was going to be.

I'm leaning towards blotched water snake... looks close to a Rat but the head doesn't look right.
