man.. some of you remind me of little Ralphie waiting on his decoder ring!
I'm probably going to wait a bit hoping Apple puts a refurbished 7 for sale. If you don't need it right away, I may be getting rid of it in a month or two.Javelina said:What are you going to do with her 6? Any interest in selling it?GarlandAg2012 said:
Bought an 8 for the wife as a surprise because her 6's battery is not cutting it anymore. Never bought directly from Apple before, just want to make sure if she wants a different color or decides to go up to the 8+, I should be able to return it within 7 or 14 days, correct?

Don't have much confidence in UPS' infrastructure if you think 3 drivers are going to show up....

You forgot the 3rd and what will actually happen option: same driver, 3 different boxes.

Coming off the 7+, it's just another iPhone with a few quality of life tweaks.Brick Tamland said:
Anyone have any thoughts? Or is it just another iPhone?
But was that just like the 7 where it required adding a new line and also a two year contract with DirecTV or DirecTV Now? I told my parents about the one for the 7 and then saw all the fine print that killed it since they weren't going to switch to Direct, much less add a new line.Brick Tamland said:
AT&T was doing a buy one get one free deal last week for the 8

I'm coming from a 6S+ and have been using my 8+ for about an hour. This thing is incredibly fast and the glass back does look good. The true tone also makes the screen seem like a nice upgrade.

I also upgraded from a 6plus to 8plus and the difference in speed/responsiveness is enormous. Definitely a better user experience.
