SIAP but shouldn't we have seen ring camera footage from Pelosi neighbors that would show De Pape lurking around? Every single house has some type of camera these days and someone should have footage of this weirdo breaking in.

Has anyone said how he got to the Pelosi home, by foot or in a vehicle?

According to Complaint above he walked. He told police in interview that he intended to tie up Paul so he could go to sleep while waiting for Nancy. He wanted to go to sleep because he was tired from his walk.

It's about a 3 hour walk/ferry ride from Shasta Street, Richmond (where complaint indicates Depepe was living) to Pelosi's neighborhood.

Are you really going to believe the surveillance videos? Do you know how easy those are to fake? Especially when you have all levels of law enforcement going along with your plan? You think they are gonna release the real footage? Cmon man

That's the probable cause statement in support of an arrest warrant, not the criminal complaint, BTW.

Quite an amazing story by a newbie Special Agent with the FBI, domestic terrorism unit, in Oakland.

Charging Depape with attempting to kidnap Nancy Pelosi and assault on Paul.

Weird enough to be mostly true by San Fran standards. Standard nut job. Has a little Hinckley in him as he also wanted to hold Nancy to get the attention of someone else, unnamed.

DePape has been milking Paul's prostate and DePape decided it was time to get paid and Paul said no. DePape came over in an outrage. Paul let him in and after some back and forth DePape said, "Where is Nancy, she is going to find out about us.". Paul went to the garage and opended a tool draw to retrieve his hammer. DePape followed and grabbed one of his own. Paul went to the front door and told DePape to leave and DePape hit the window out of rage with his hammer as he walked out. The cops come onto the scene and DePape lost his mind and hammerd Paul's head vs his prostate.

This is my 2 cents.

AUSA signed as to form only. Criminal complaint in support of arrest signed by an FBI agent. Sufficient for an arrest warrant.

Different than an indictment or an information filed by a DOJ attorney.

So the glass fragments from the door were found on the exterior of the home indicating they were smashed from inside the home and not from the outside to break in, is that correct? Looks like it to me.

I was very dismissive of the claims this was caused by right wing rhetoric.

Then I remembered the expertise and track record of the left in inciting violence, so you do have to give them credit for being the pros in this arena.
