There just better not be a rampaging dinosaur through an American city.

Jurassic Park was already very political.
I mean... they were very subtle about it back in 1994 being pro-transgender... having dinosaurs switch from female to male like that because an old white man tried to control them.

At this point I think the Jurassic Park franchise is better than the Star Wars franchise. Aside from the kid actors in Jurassic World, it was a great movie.

So you're just going to ignore the awful JP 2 and 3?
If you are going to point out that ANH=TFA, then you need to rewatch Jurassic World again. It is essentially the same sort of "soft reboot" as TFA, with just as much nostalgia and fan service, but TFA had interesting new characters while JW's characters were annoying as hell. Some of the problems with JW:RPM said:
Jurassic Park has been able to create interesting Man vs Technology dilemmas that have been mostly distinct from each other while centering around a dinosaur theme park.
Star Wars totally ripped itself off. ANH = TFA. And those prequels... Damn. George Lucas invented one of the Top 10 throwaway lines ever ("You fought in the Clone Wars?" - Luke) and then summarily ruined it crapping out some ridiculous storyline about pre-Storm Troopers "clones" in the likeness of Jango Fett.
That franchise was perfect at three movies, but Disney knew they could buy it, crank out some junk and plenty of nostalgic moms and dads would take their kids to see it because that is what their parents did for them and gosh wasn't isn't it all warm and fuzzy.
I guess it is really about taking people's money subtly. I don't feel as gypped by Jurassic Park as I do by Star Wars.

Did a bit of digging and found a few more tidbits...
- There's going to be an animal rights (or dinosaur rights, rather) component to the film that will be political in nature. Universal has not only registered the domains AllCreaturesHaveRights.com, IslaNublarRescueMission.com, and DinosaurProtectionGroup.com, but there have been signs spotted on set saying things like "Save Our Saurs" and "#WeCanSaveThem."
I will see this movie 5 times if a bunch of whiny, annoying Social Jurassic Warriors get eaten by dinosaurs

How would this be for a crossover?
Vin Diesel leads a team (who drive Transformer cars), against a team of dinosaurs led by The Rock, who has been infected with dinosaur DNA?
