Agree. And I may be missing it but why did Joe vote Nina?

Joe wanted he and will to vote nina and the girls vince in case nina or vince had an Idol... And then revote if there was a tie. But will went off script and finished without needing a revote

They split the vote in case they (Vince/Nina) had an idol. Except their math was really bad.

I think Will feels very loyal to Nina, and something about Vince hacked him off, so he used the knowledge from Joe to make his own script.

I thought Will looked good in the water at first until he got flustered on that last obstacle. (LOL, his joke about "black man's kryptonite".) He looked way better than Rodney, who was dog paddling like a toddler.

I wonder how Jeff/CBS felt about Vince going home. Seemed like one of those people that would be good for ratings. Which is probably why they picked him in the first place.

I honestly would have turned it off has Vince stayed. Too BSC for my taste.

It wasn't so much their math as it was their logic/strategy. They based their (unnecessary) split vote on the chance that a guy who might have been willing to work with them would go their way. It didn't appear that they even considered the fact that Will wasn't actually part of their alliance. They just assumed he'd go along with the plan, and they blindly trusted him with the details of their plan to split the vote. And with that knowledge, the olds could have picked apart the young folks starting with a 3-2-1 vote and a failed attempt at a 2-2-2 split (which was stupid to begin with).

The younger group misplayed that vote, and they ended up being saved by Nina being an even bigger idiot and digging deeper with Will about Vince's concerns over his health. They had it in the bag, and she ruined it by not knowing when to just shake hands and walk away.

Bingo. They unnecessarily split the votes when it would have screwed them over if Nina hadn't put doubt about Vince in Will's mind. No reason to split votes that early.

Agree their strategy was wrong. Math, not so much. I was confused that I was missing something.

Was the 2-2-2 thing Joe's idea? Say it ain't so, Joe.

He needs to sharpen up if he wants to make a run in this game.

I guess Vince is something of a challenge asset, but if Will thought that he was being threatened directly by Vince for being fat or whatever, then he probably made the right decision.

I enjoyed Carolyn and Fat mailman doing well in the challenge last night.

I guess sometimes they get between a rock and a hard place.

If you have the opportunity to get rid of someone, do it. You may never get that chance again. At the same time, until a merge, you need to be strong.

That being said that dude is creepy.

"Vincelot" definitely had some body space issues....he was up in Joe's face during a couple of conversations, and he tried to claim he wasn't threatened, and he really got creepy and all over Jenn way too early...he caused a lot of tension with everyone, probably trying too hard, the sign of someone who knows they have trouble fitting in.

I expect nothing less from a coconut vendor.

Not so sure about that. Some of the best people I have met sold coconuts.
