Speaking of First 9, I was of the impression that Clay was part of the First 9, but before he killed Piney he mentioned the fact that Piney had brought him into the club and sponsored him. I thought First 9 were the founding fathers, meaning they all began the club together. If Piney brought him in after they started the club, how could Clay be First 9? or am I just missing something?

They renewed for season 5... He wont die till the series finally.

I'm of the impression that Clay will be ousted from the club somehow but still be around to cause problems and be the antagonist. What he's been up to has to be discovered by someone other than Gemma.

Yup.

I think it would make sense, if somehow Clay will get ousted, but still hang around to cause trouble.

One thing that's frustrating me, is seeing Jax and Gemma continually taking sides with Clay, after everything they know. Glad to see Jax is finally wising up.....but come on Gemma! I think the writers are going to force her to decide between her family members. Jax and the kids, or Clay?

I'm kinda getting tired of the Juice storyline. I have a feeling Chibs is going to put an end to Juice (like he did with his best friend in Ireland).

I loved the scene where Jax bowed up to Clay.

I feel like I've watched Charlie Hunnam (sp) grow up in front of my eyes in this role. Maybe I'm just used to him now, but the first few episodes of the first season, I thought he was super cheesey....over-acting...not very good. Now I think he's a very believable character and nails his role 95% of the time. He still has his moments where something doesn't come across right, but geez he's so much better now than he was then.

Contrary to what Ag99 said, I'm actually liking the Juice line. It's always intrigued me how someone turns rat/witness. I think it's interesting how they're showing 2 different sides of that right now. Anger/vengeance with Otto and fear/trapped with Juice.

I can see the Chibs prediction above happening. I'm liking him more and more.

The only problem I have with the Juice storyline, is that I feel like it's a repeat of the Jax/Stahl storyline.

I know it's a bit different, but you have a federal agent willing to bend the rules, trying to play a member against the club, using local law enforcement to do some of the dirty work, all in an effort to get the 'big fish'...etc. I dont hate it...just seems kinda familiar.

I'm also curious to see what happens with the Sheriff. He was very anti-SOA, until he got to see how dirty the 'good guys' are. It was also interesting when Unser's said that you have to learn to work with them (not being paid off, but not fighting them either).

That's a fair assessment...and I can't totally disagree with you. I guess I view it different because I expect a completely different outcome (Juice dead). Knew they wouldn't kill Jax....but in this scenario, I expect Juice to be taken out.

I just realized Otto is played by Kurt Sutter! Guess I'll be paying more attention from now on!

I dont ever remember that, but they said last night that he's on death row now.

Awhile back, the Aryans attacked Otto. This was when skinhead Henry Rollins was on SoA. Otto got revenge by killing the Aryan who stabbed him in the eye. He received a death sentence for that.

Yes, he is already on Death Row when he kills the Russian. Otto was given the razor to use while in solitary to slit his wrist as an excuse to get into the infirmary.

me neither, especially since he immediately questioned who the AAG was...knowing that a local LEO wouldn't have the power to offer up whatever it was the AAG offered.

Random, I saw Karl Sutter on Carson Daly's late night show (i know I'm ashamed I watched it). Anyways...apparently there is a big push for him to do a prequel covering the start of club and JT period once he finishes this X amount of seasons. Would be AWESOME imo.

I have a feeling Tara will make it. I don't see how they can kill her off so quickly after Piney...and the effect her death would have on Jax would be horrific.

I'm really interested to see how Juice handles the new situation from LeatherCop (SAMCRO could get off "clean" if Juice gives up X, Y, and Z)

Oh and, how many people know that Clay put the hit out on Opie? Obviously Clay and Tig know...but didnt a couple others figure it out?? My mind has drawn a blank

OH!! And what about Bobby's leadership challenge??? They havn't done it yet...if they voted Clay down as Pres, couldn't he still be in the club to cause havoc??
