Wouldn't that require the Brantmeier lawsuit to finally win? .
Liv Hovde has been verbally committed for several weeks now. That has been known in the college world for a while now. Not sure what the hold up is, but not everyone signs on day one. I would imagine a player of her caliber doesn't come all that easy.

I believe it. She's following all the A&M coaches and players on socials. The only schools she's doing that for. Im still hesitant after Polina, so Ill trust you for now haha
Not buying or believing anything till (enter highly anticipated recruit we all get excited for's name) is sitting in Blocker, Wehner, or Heldenfels, or somewhere in an Aggie classroom with their laptop out, Stanley cup on desk, Aggie tennis backpack on the ground, enrolled and ready to be a student athlete at Texas A&M

She visited last year before turning pro, and the junior tennis circuit is small, they all know each other.

One of my college coach resources kind of confirmed that if Liv chooses college, TAMU would be the choice. But apparently still weighing the options of pro tennis

It also shows she has won like 83,000 so not sure if she has refused payments or not.
Apparently lots has to do with the contract she signed with Adidas, ensuring she's turned pro and losing an amateur status. Second hand info, but that's the logistics they are working through

She has done really well over the Summer and Fall. I first started watching Aggies in pro tournaments over the summer and saw her play in South America several times.

Wins it 6-3, 7-6(2). No video for this tournament. She will play doubles later this morning.
I brought it up on flashscore to follow it whilst looking for video (could not find).

I really like the non- conference schedule. We're ranked #1 going into the season, so our ITA indoor seed will be high. We will play #21 San diego before indoors happens which will give the girls a real opponent beforehand. Then closing it out with Pepperdine, who has been to at least the NCAA quarterfinals the past couple of years is the marquee match. That match will prepare us for the big matches ahead in the SEC, non much greater than our 1st SEC match vs Texas to open up conference play. Mark did great with this schedule!
Agreed, a good mix of teams. To get SD and Pepperdine to both come to college station is a big get in my opinion.
My guess is they are coming to play Baylor since that is where NCAAs are, and scheduled a side trip to CS

we played SD at SD last year. Mark set up a home and home agreement. Pepperdine always has to schedule hard nonconference games because they're that good but need scheduling help to be ranked high enough for a top 8 seed. Our turn came around

i met them in Stillwater the night we won the NC. Incredible family! Megan was really excited to come to A&M and said there was never a doubt this is where she wanted to go especially with the stories that Sydney would tell!
