Very true. You can 'hide' a lot of the surroundings, with a night broadcast. And it's typically so hot, it'd make sense.
Heck, they could still have acts out there earlier in the day if they wanted to...though I agree it's not necessary.
Central Texas is so pretty, but the track is in the most bare/blah area.
