I've heard two possibilities, but it's highly likely he won't be on the grid next year. As I understand it, he is either set to leave the Ferrari Driver Academy, or join the main team as a reserve driver.

I have a good bit of connections to the IndyCar paddock and I am still hearing Ricciardo is the favorite to replace Palou at Ganassi. I think the end result will come down to what Ricciardo really wants to do; be a reserve driver or drive in top level machinery.

Well the feeders are pretty much over now. Tomorrow the final F3 race decides the title and in just 2 more laps Drugovich is claiming the F2 title in what was imo a just ok season this year. Don't think anybody in F2 should make the move to F1 tbh.

Horrible finish, a race that finishes as a parade isn't a race. Any accidents or safety cars in the last 10 laps should be auto red flag. So boring today

False dichotomy. The correct choice in both instances was to red flag the race.

But to be fair it's beyond ridiculous how long it took to clear the track today, and the math is changing by the second. Every warehouse in America has a forklift driver that could've cleared that in 30 seconds. I realize we're not talking about a pallet of brake pads but come on. This is not a complex problem. Find a rig that can quickly pluck that thing by the halo and let's race.

Agree. A safety car essentially destroys 3-6 laps of a race given how slow they are in resolution. 1/10 of today's race was nullified by a car malfunction. If you don't have the equipment to expedite the situation, red flag the race!
