Using DRS helps lessen the effect, but Ocon wasn't using it earlier. Could see the Merc and Williams bouncing too - pretty much all teams have the issue #F1 #F1Testing

The immense downforce causes the floor to get so close to the ground that it stops working, which leads to an immediate loss of downforce, so the car pops back up, regains downforce, the floor goes down again. And repeat.
