Aggies stay at No. 3 in AP poll for sixth consecutive week
The Fightin' Texas Aggies are again ranked No. 3 in the Associated Press poll, a position they've held for six consecutive weeks now. At 11-0 and 7-0 in conference, the Aggies will travel to Austin for the Lone Star Showdown on Black Friday.

For a fifth consecutive week, the Fightin' Texas Aggies come in at No. 3 in the Associated Press poll. Now 10-0 and 7-0 in conference play, the Maroon & White pulled off the largest comeback in school history to defeat South Carolina on Saturday at Kyle Field.

Texas A&M's Mike Elko to receive increase in salary and extension
Earlier this week, the Texas A&M University System Board of Regents met to presumably discuss a raise and extension for head football coach Mike Elko. Billy Liucci is reporting that Elko’s new deal will be for an additional six years at $11.5 million per year.
