2027 San Antonio Roosevelt OT Kaeden Scott commits to Texas A&M
Another future Maroon Gooon has announced his intentions to join Texas A&M’s 2027 class, as San Antonio Roosevelt OT Kaeden Scott just verbally committed to Mike Elko and the Aggies.
A Navy All-American, the in-state product stands at 6-foot-7 and 295 pounds, and Scott chose the Aggies over a top 10 of Ohio State, Ole Miss, SMU, Stanford, TCU, Tennessee, Texas, Texas Tech and UTSA.
He possesses traits that should serve him well long-term and allow a high-ceiling projection as a prospect. A look at the tape shows stellar technique and an ability to finish blocks needed for a future SEC-level player.
Scott was offered by the A&M staff in October 2024 and has visited for multiple game days in the past two seasons, as well as multiple offseason visits, including an appearance at camp last summer.
If you’ve followed our coverage on him over the past year, you know that offensive line coach Adam Cushing held him in high regard, and those feelings were reciprocated from Scott’s camp.
Scott is now the 10th member of the 2027 class and the second offensive lineman in a group that looks poised to be one of the best in the country.
