Fair enough, but that comes with the territory. They're the stars of the team. They're making the most money now and will make the most with their signing bonuses. They didn't show up when it counted. Maybe they get another chance tonight and they can prove me wrongAggie_Fire said:GCP12 said:
Good luck in the draft, boys. Complete no show in the biggest game of the year
It's pretty messed up to throw shade at the guys who even got us in the postseason

Fair weather fans man. You don't just replace a guy like schloss and go right back to where you were, especially in the way he left. Early has shown major improvement year 1 to year 2, why can't he get even better? Why are we turning on a guy who lost his best pitchers to injury? This team was going where it was despite the pitching staff, we knew that from the moment the season started especially after sims was done. Unfortunately, we lost last night in the first inning basically, and tn, the bats didn't show.
Unfortunately, there's too many that worship Aggie sports these days to have any sort of reasoning ability. And the acceleration of gambling hasn't helped.
I would argue that A&M has far too may fans who are ok with the constant mediocrity or just above average play in its major men's sports. They prefer to just shower adoration on their players and coaches just because they chose A&M.
This is not a mediocre team.
This is a very mediocre team.
Goodness… you and the 11 likes are all drunk or stupid.
you can have very talented players and be a mediocre team. This is a team that had a nice 3-4 week run. Outside they've been pretty mediocre.WhataMaroon88 said:_mpaul said:jkag89 said:Fquin said:WhataMaroon88 said:aggieland28 said:

Dilemma is how we have had highs and lows but are looking low to end it out. That's pretty mediocre unless we make some miracles happen

They're not making as much as you probably think they're making. Many of them don't have any NIL payments.

A measurable chunk of Aggies never developed the ability to deal with adversity and/or mental strength to temper emotional outbursts.
This is what the TA boards have taught me over the years.
How much do you think Gavin/Sorrell/Hacopian are making? I'd be pretty shocked if they weren't making at least 500k eachGhost of Bisbee said:Great2BeAnAGGIE said:

We must have a different definition of mediocre Mediocre teams do not finish 3rd in the SEC. Mediocre teams do not host regionals. Not saying you shouldn't have high expectations but when teams fail to meet very high expectations it does not make them mediocre.

Credible source is the coaches themselves. I know 2 of them. They both said no thanks. Both didn't think we had the resources lined up for baseball. Honestly don't care whether you want to believe it or not. Whatever makes you feel better but I have news for you, they aren't calling or texting KR to make sure he's in the know.

Sorrell at the next level is going to have to just improve his mind. His discipline and awareness of how he's being pitched is his biggest weakness. He has every other tool there is.
