On TexAgs Radio this morning, Kendall Rogers said that Florida is a legit candidate for the 8th National Seed, along with the Ags, Florida State, and Southern Mississippi.

I don't see how they could Florida above us unless they win the tourney. We won the series at their place and have more SEC wins. I think FSU's metrics are lacing unless they win the ACC tourney. Really want Southern Miss to lose today at 4.


The non-con is dragging our numbers

Being run ruled by UCLA and dropping a game to Texas State didn't help

Run rules mean nothing except to fans. We will actually be rewarded for playing UCLA. Game to Texas State on the road hurt, but could have been worse as Texas State is on the bubble.

Hard to discount us winning the series at Florida and us having more SEC wins. As I said earlier, I think they, FSU, and Southern Miss need to win their tourneys to pass us for the 8th spot.

Hey now, no need to talk smack about Long Island Ice Teas. Between them and margaritas is how I survived my 20's

I can't stand rum, so anything that has rum in it is absolutely disgusting to me.

In college, I was more of a gin and tonic, vodka collins for alcohol, and I gradually started to like beer because I started going to the chicken so much.

I can still remember going to teasers down from Skaggs, which I think eventually became Harry's, and back in the mid 80s they had open bar for about three hours from 7 to 10. That was nuts.

They were pretty watered down but they were free. You had to pay a five dollar cover fee which in the 80s was a big amount, but it all worked out.

Then you had $.75 corona night at Rocco's. Wasn't really a corona person either but they were cheap.

Fun times.

True but our OOC weekends were awful outside of the one tournament.

I went to "Drinkin' with Lincoln" at the Honky Tonk in Slidell, LA. It was $5 to get into the bar, and all well drinks were free. OMG that place was a sh** hole.

Drinkin' with Lincoln was at Harry's, or whatever it was called in the late 80's / early 90's.

Kinkos was Roccos, pretty sure.

I ran into an Aggie and her two kids at my local market here in Spain. She recognized my ring and baseball cap. We chatted over an hour. Her husband, who just retired from the Navy, will be join the family soon. We still have a good thing going, everyone.

Yes, I remember it being a Kinko's when I first moved back in 2006. If you look at the windows on the side, you can still see the 80s block windows of Rocco's.
