Not that it is should be super surprising, but all of these elimination games are slugfests. Entertaining to see the back and forth knowing that very few leads are safe.

After watching the games this weekend so far, I think LSU is the best team at the moment.

They have the best 1-2 punch in the country IMO.

It's actually 4 play in games. 8 teams for 4 spots. He and I have gone back and forth a little on it over the last 2 years.

I actually don't love the 32 host idea because it doesn't mesh well with the Omaha format. I do think it makes sense from a "this is what we do all year" 3 game series sense. But if we do that I think you have to change Omaha to three, 3 game series as well.

I agree on the 1-2 punch but their lineup isn't overly scary IMO. And they've played far and away the worst teams this weekend to date.

I picked UNC in my bracket and I've seen nothing to move me off that yet.
