You are correct. He was just bad. Here is a question I thought of this afternoon. Would you rather have an ump that seems consistently bad but unbiased or an ump that that can be consistent but seems biased?
I think I prefer the Scott Klines unlesss the biased ump is an Aggie.

Every pitcher from UT needs a haircut.
