Apparently the target demographic of the CWS is fatties
There's lots of them and these fat drugs are making billions of dollars right now
Doubt it, he was pulled for arm fatigue. I'd imagine he's done for the CWS for pitching. His velo has been dropping last few games now.BadMoonRisin said:
Caglianone onlyt threw 33 pitches 2 days ago, do we expect him to start tonight?

If Kentucky could just put up 4 or 5 runs here it would be helpful in terms of burning Gator arms.

Just a friendly reminder that UF was swept by Mizzou. And went 1-3 vs Vandy. I don't care if they're hot right now, they're extremely beatable. And they'll have already played a game today. I'm glad they have hope and smiles in their faces. They're gonna be crushed this evening when we roll their asses.

Semi-Finals are now set.

3:45ET Tennessee vs FSU
~8:00ET Texas A&M vs Florida
FSU and Florida need to win today and tomorrow to advance to the CWS Finals
Tennessee and Texas A&M just need to win once to advance
Maybe take up eating as a hobby.dabo man said:
Fat people on meds have the happiest and most fulfilling lives. Have you not watched the ads? They sing, dance, direct, paint. I'm short on hobbies and a little worried about what I'll do once I retire. Meds are clearly the answer.

We should be home tonight correct?

Texas A&M: Home (vs Florida), Away (vs Kentucky)
Florida: Away (vs A&M), Away (vs NC State), Home (vs Kentucky)
We will be the away team as Florida has been the away team more often
I'd be okay with that. His velocity is waaaaaay down and I suspect he's going through arm fatigue.StinkyPinky said:I've heard maybeBadMoonRisin said:

I think that is the tie-breaker if the amount of games played as the away team are the same.tjack16 said:Mr.Ackar07 said:In the CWS:tjack16 said:

I thought it was based on your previous game? Florida was just home and we were away.
These rules are asinine

He's showing the telltale signs of a ligament that's on the verge of rupturing. It may not be the case, but when you see a pitcher's velocity drop significantly, they rub their elbow or "test" it and they flex their throwing hand, that's often the Ulner nerve being irritated by an inflamed, damaged ligament. Not saying it will happen, but I've seen these signs too many times. Hitting doesn't put the same strain as throwing, think Otani.BadMoonRisin said:
Thanks. I read that he was injured in that game but I didnt know the extent or if it was on the field or on the mound.

Edit to add: I misread your comment - the 2nd tie-breaker would be based on the previous head-to-head matchup. Since Florida was the away team against us, they would be the home team if we had played the same number of games as the away team.
We need to get way ahead of the Gators early in the game so the late innings do not matterMr.Ackar07 said:In the CWS:tjack16 said:
