Agreed . Oldest son fell in love with Chicago when we would take him to National Restaurant Show every year . Graduated from DePaul ….. lived there for 3 additional years after school ( 3rd house on street behind Wrigley ). Transferred to NYC with his company 3 years ago …. He is about ready to move back down south .

That's what I was thinking. I don't know how sweet the NIL money is, but I assume the draft bonus plus player salary will send everyone else off.

Going to miss so many of these guys, but excited for our (and their) future(s).

Aschenbeck and Chestnut were for JC exemptions. Schott was for the Ivy League 2021 season when the Ivy League decided to mask up and not play for another year; I believe he was a red shirt in JC. Appel apparently did not apply for his.
