No Ali or Sarge. We'll see what happens in the next few rounds but I'm guessing they are coming back (in the unlikely situation Evan gets waiver approved).

Ok, so all done for day 2. 10 rounds in the books. No Ali, no Farr, no Williams, no Erickson, no Kiel. That should bode well for them making it to campus.

It's not a done deal. After Round 10 teams are more willing to take a flyer on a top leverage guy (HS/draft eligible sophomore) because if they don't sign them it doesn't cost them bonus pool money. Some of those teams that reached early in the draft, or drafted a lot of non-leverage players (college Srs) can use the left over bonus pool money and throw it at these guys in rounds 11-20. But I'd rather run that risk that see Farr or Williams drafted in the Top 10 rounds for sure.

Teams with money can now overpay without penalty. I think we have one or two more rounds before there is no more concern of signing.

Honestly I'd be willing to bet that, despite what Ali's parents were saying in Omaha, that everyone within the program knew Ali was planning to sign. Farr on campus, Kent returning, us oversigning 1B/3B (Hensler, George, etc.) all points to us knowing he was likely gone.
