Tobi is bringing so much to this team in post and mid-range creation.
Wemby also drops a nice little Dirk Fadeaway midway through.

Jalen Smith is a potential trade target for the Lakers, per @TheAthletic (https://t.co/brPFqrrqE6).

Los Angeles can acquire both Smith + Jonathan Kuminga in separate transactions.
Potential framework:
Bulls: Jake LaRavia or Jaden Hardy, Dalton Knecht, 2nds
Los Angeles: Smith pic.twitter.com/DwXUwzUsgU

I would rather have Barnes's experience. Smith doesn't move the needle at all. The Spurs need players who can make a difference in the playoffs and he's not it.

San Antonio's Victor Wembanyama has signed a new long-term contract extension with Nike -- including a new signature shoe line, per sources. After 3 NBA seasons, Wembanyama has run to the Finals, MVP finalist season, Defensive Player of the Year, max deal and a signature shoe.

The more I read on Tobias, the more I think he will be a great fit.
He's a super steady performer. 15ppg and rarely misses games. He's a solid rebounder and defender. He can play with his back to the basket(something we lacked last year when we really needed a basket). He also can step outside and hit a 3 although he isn't a volume shooter from there. He's not elite at anything but good at everything.
He's never not started and was arguably the third best player on the team with the best record in the East. Any insight on the Spurs plans? Do we think he helps anchor the second unit or do with think Champ goes to the bench?
I think the easy answer/assumption is that we don't disrupt a finals roster and he starts the year on the bench, but he has some real skins on the wall that indicates he is our best PF by a good margin.
No matter how it shakes out our second unit should be loaded.

Tobias Harris is the PF version of Devin Vassell. He was a 15/6 player for 500 games before Philly made the idiotic decision to make him their #2 player. He's a solid 3rd/4th player that does all the little things for you, but if he is carrying your team, you're in trouble. He was Detroit's 2nd best player in the playoffs last year and put up 18/7.
Harris is really the only actual PF on the team and he will likely start at PF. Starting Julian just because he did last year doesn't make sense. Julian is not a PF and he is better off playing at his natural SF position.
Starters: Wemby - Harris - Vassell - Castle - Fox
2nd Team: Kornet - Barnes - Julian - Keldon - Harper
3rd Team: Reed - Quaintance (injured) - Bryant - EMPTY/Two Way - McLaughlin
Two Ways: David Jones-Garcia, Maliq Brown, Jakobi Gillespie
I hope/expect that Carter Bryant takes over the majority of those Barnes PF minutes early in the season. But if Barnes hits his shots like he did early in the season, he is still super useful. Barnes is still going to get the opportunity to prove he can shoot again. Bryant isn't a PF, but neither is Barnes or Julian. Barnes is just too slow to play SF anymore. I think Bryant embraces the physicality more than Barnes or Julian.

She seriously needs to stfu already. The people voted and approved it. You don't get to move the goalposts, then ask for another vote just to get your way. Does she have aspirations for higher office or something? Or is it just a vanity thing and she likes seeing her face and name on the headlines?

She wants to re-do the city council vote that already passed regarding funding. Guessing her or family didnt get enough of a cut or a no-bid cutout so she wants to try again.
