Even though it was a partial second late, Fox came through in the clutch there twice.

Also, we made our big comeback with Wemby on the bench. Team is going to be good. This is the type of loss you can build on as a team especially Fox, Castle, and Vassell all cooking when needed.
Biggest need is a D&3 PF that can rebound. I like Rasheer Fleming in the draft for that. I like Barnes, but he should be coming off the bench. Or Jeremy, spend your entire ****ing summer in the corner of the court.
Maybe theoretical Keegan Murray (from rookie year when he hit 41%). Theoretical Jarace Walker? Basically what PJ Washington is giving Dallas right now. Maybe this off-season we can offer Harrison Barnes and a 2nd for PJ Washington.
That, a backup center and just another guy that can create rim pressure and we are cooking for real.

That was my favorite part of this game, how he spun but didn't drop the heel.

Listening to the Hornets' feed they pointed out something kind of funny that I hadn't thought about. When Wemby went to the floor with that rebound and Salaun got the jump ball with it, they remarked it was funny that many teams will waste a timeout on that rather than chance the jump ball. But the Spurs can just get the new clock, jump ball and not fight for it or stress about passing out because Wemby wins them 100% of the time, especially when it is just a random player.
Starting Fox and Paul together is effing dumb. Mitch needs to tell Pop to stuff it and man up on the starting five. Get Castle in there and pick either Fox or Paul to be PG next to him.
Paul's a pro. Quit worrying about him being upset about getting benched. He seems like he wants to win. If he does he'd take the demotion in stride.
Otherwise bring Manu in to have a heart to heart with Fox about being the nuclear sub for this squad (or a microwave) for the rest of the season.

That is a cool fact. I remember Ball trying to switch sides. Ball came across as a dirty player in this game.
