agreed. Defensive intensity stepped up big...also so did the grabbing. The physical play is expected to be more lenient for the home court team, so it will be interesting to see how hard the refs let OKC play once the series transitions to Miami.

The difference in this game was the Heat were shooting lights out from 3 early, and in the 3rd Wade sucked the life out of the Heat offense which stopped all ball movement while KD went off in the 4th.

Maybe so, but they called that big block on Collison that was pretty clearly a charge on Wade. When you have the better defensive big men with a solid rep like Ibaka and Perkins vs Joel Anthony, you get away with more.

All three need to step up for the Heat to win. Miami doesn't have a lot of role players they can count on for offense.

Guitarsoup... You watch the finals last year?Dirk was just about perfect in the 4th quarter... Believe he out scored the heat by himself in a couple of 4th quarters.

Anyways,
Heat are going to need a much better Performance from Wade if they want a chance in this series. Shocked the Thunder won w/out much from Harden

Dirk outscoring Wade+James in the 4th was a nice little storyline last year. I believe only Dirk and Jordan have averaged 10+ 4th quarter points in a Finals series.

Nice start for Durant.
