i miss watching strikers step up and crush the ball on PKs. They need to change the stutter step rule. They are boring as hell to watch.

free kicks should be awarded for these type of fouls not PK's

We've seen enough failures with the stutter steps that I think they'll generally go out of vogue eventually. Neymar gonna Neymar forever though

Soccer as a game suffers when it is low scoring in general and these subjective decisions have such a big impact on the outcome. In a SK vs Brazil match? maybe not so much, but in more evenly matched teams, absolutely.
