Step 1: Hire New OC.
Step 2: New OC sits QBs down and tells them they will all be coached, one will be the starter with no occasional appearances from others, this could mean sitting for long periods, and if they don't like it, they can GTFO. This isn't mean-spirited. It's NFL prep. No successful NFL team is riding a QB carousel.
Step 3: Put the 3 interior lineman in 3 pt stances on all downs.
Step 4: Any WR that wants to complain and not give max effort can also GTFO.
