How is Sharpe still in the seat? He's been the chancellor for over a decade. Time for him to step down.

Football related question. Do they cap the number of sport passes for students? Surely with 100k+ capacity at some point they will have to cap the student section thus leaving kids that WANT to go to games unable. Does anyone know how they handle things like this? Seniority? Students only getting a certain number of homes passes a year? TIA
Yes. Think it was 33k or so this year.

Which means less than half of the students at A&M attend football games. A big cultural change since Sharp took over.

Only because of lived experience! But hey, six figures folks still live paycheck to paycheck, too. For now.

F*$% john sharp! He has the makeup of someone who graduated from t.u.

It's funny how the two guys who have done the most harm to A&M, Sharp and Perry, sent their kids to other schools for an education (UT-Austin and Vanderbilt).

In 25 years A&M's living alumni base will probably be the largest in the country...whether that's good or bad is debatable...

Welsh said A&M's biggest priority is to establish the "right size" of faculty and staff to meet students' needs, along with creating a target student enrollment. A&M has expanded rapidly in recent years, and College Station's campus has over 77,490 students enrolled, which is the largest population in the nation.

The right size student body is 45,000 or less.

Not when you're creating an army.
