Guys,

I am losing faith in Rugbyman, and this Jeff Cole guy never replied to my email. I just sent him another email. I gave up trying to keep my pride, and begged him for a Waffle House.

Come on Texags. Let's make this happen. Our lack of a Waffle House is the last barrier to SEC membership! Be polite but be firm.

I'm in Georgia and all Waffle Houses have another one across the street. You will have to lobby for two, it's a requirement.

Looks like they ( the SEC) have waved the "waffle house" within 2 miles of campus rule!

I have read this thread several times. Each time I laugh my ass off. You guys actually want a Waffle House? Home to late night drunks, druggies, hookers... Do you want the rejects that K-Mart would not hire cooking your food?

ETA: I forgot...Big Lots is the new KMart. If we can bring Big Lots back, I'm pretty sure we can accept Waffle House with open arms.

How can you guys not have a Waffle House? I live just out of Athens in a town of just about 3,000 people. Tiny little place...and we have 2 Waffle Houses. 4 more within a 10 mile radius of the town.

Get on it, Aggies. This needs to happen before the first SEC road trip to Kyle.

I mean, sometimes people get MARRIED at Waffle Houses out here! (As much as I wish I were joking, I am not. They did have good reason, though. Not just being hillbillies.)

College Station used to have a K-Mart, a Waffle House and even a Howards.

But as pointed out... only a Waffle House is specified in the SEC contract.

Need Waffle House now! Actually need two. One in Northgate, one on the loop,uhhmm, or whatever they call it today. Establish a Waffle House scholarship to A&M, and you have employees willing to work at all hours out the wazzoo. And employees you can trust.

Not having a Waffle House in CS was something my buddies and I lamented back in the day....I can only hope the future holds bright for that beacon of waffle goodness.....
