We tasted it last night, and Hamm has hit this one out of the park, as well. Among the terms used to describe the brew, all accurate, were: Delicate, subtle, malty, rustic, with a hint of sweet pear or apples. It’s a brew that’s delicious cold and gets better and more interesting as it warms.

Southern Star made a limited batch of Le Mort Vivant, and Fougeron said he expects the stash to sell out quickly. It began showing up in some bars this week and by the second week of December it should be available on store shelves in cans.
