Those mean nothing when SBMM is present. They're all relative to your competition. This system is designed to make everyone regress to the mean. Do too well and you'll just play better people until you get **** on and your stats go down. I'm at a 1.4 K/D, since you asked, though.
Not trying to be a dick, but I get really annoyed when people say I'm in the minority over this. There are many hardcore COD fans like me that can't stand this game. It was built for an audience that is not the dedicated COD audience, and the SBMM, TTK, map design, spawns, lack of mini map red dots/dead silence, and weapon balancing are all designed to give lower skill players a better chance at doing ok.
My suggestions would be to add back some of the maps from previous games that stick to the old 3 lane based design. They're more fun to play and the spawns make way more sense. I won't ask for a TTK boost, but I think they should lower the headshot multiplier to how it was in previous games and remove the ability to mount. Right now, the headshot multiplier is "necessary" to keep mounting from being too OP, but it results in too many gunfights being won due to a lucky flinch caused headshot. Mini map needs to return to the old red dot system to discourage camping and encourage objective gameplay. ARs need more balancing, as do the SMGs. Only viable guns are M4 and MP5/7 right now.
