I see streamers all the time that spot people behind a window and even playing on slow-mo I can't tell what triggered them to know when/where to shoot. I have a hard time seeing people behind glass in game and its even worse watching these videos on youtube. Is it a product of ****ty youtube videos?

I would assume it because you're on PS4 instead of PC with a 9900k cpu and 2080ti gpu like the streamers. I'm on a pretty middle of the road pc and don't have issues seeing through windows
Ready for the solo stimulus play to be gone. Its just encouraged more camping.
When I'm watching them play it's on a big monitor but I still can't really see what they are seeing. I get the PS4 limitations but even watching what they are seeing I rarely notice people through windows.

When you are the one playing, you are much more attentive to the finer details. Plus having recently switched from PS4 Pro to a computer, it is night and day different in many areas.
Any thoughts on the Astro C40 controller? I just can't stand playing with a standard controller anymore and I need to level the playing field in regards to spam jumping and taking 5 minutes to shoot 2 shoots with the magnum in the kulag. I'm sure I'll have a learning curve adjusting to a modded controller but Pete's about to give these *******s a taste of their own medicine
Just drop shot or rush to melee if it's pistols in the gulag. A $200 controller isn't going to do any better than a regular one
You're on PS4 right? Honestly I'd try that new PS4 paddle attachment that Sony just released recently. You may not like how that C40 feels since it's a different shape. I love Astro products but companies like Scuf generally have pretty bad reliability.
I use an Xbox elite controller so I would definitely recommend adding paddles, but I think that PS4 paddle pack or the strike pack would be fine. The C40 hair triggers would help (I use mine) but it's not a game changer. I'd look at flipping your shooting trigger to r1 instead of r2 before buying a C40. C40 also won't have any mods for faster semi auto fire or anything like that.

Haven't heard much about that brand. Have seen a lot of the pros on twitch using the Vantage 2 Scuff controller. Has 4 back button instead of 2.

Yea that is my biggest concern with the default PS4 r2. I know for a fact that we are the only ones having this issue and my PS4 controller is less than a month old it takes FOREVER to shoot the magnum or anything that requires quick flicks I might put trigger in 1 of the paddles, I dunno I'm kinda intimidated by all this stuff I can do with it. I found one that has custom analog sticks from battle beaver. I nodded like I knew what he was talking about so I looked cool.
Keep in mind that if you are playing on a wireless controller you will also have higher input lag. I play with a scuf wired to the PC and have the hair trigger adapters. I've been really happy with it and noticed the improved input response time. It seemed less often that my shot will follow my opponents then before... or maybe it's all a placebo effect. I would recommend one if you have $150-200 to "invest in yourself".

That's what I've been doing lately. When I get the magnum I either find a spot to lie down and watch them walk right over me or I go into a dead Sprint, screaming like a banshee flaling my arms about as I spam melee repeatedly I like to think they can hear me screaming and I'm going for that shock and awe effect. Like I'm trying to intimidate a bear in the woods or something lol
FWIW, most pro players that are sponsored by Scuf still use Battle beavers. I've heard it's the best for PS4 custom controllers.
The PS4 back button attachment hasn't been in stock pretty much anywhere for ages. I feel like it was just a trial run to see what they should do with PS5 controller.

The two main things are aimbot hacks where they hit every shot. When you spectate them and they are ADSing, the crosshairs will stick to people behind full cover. The second thing I've seen are wall hacks where all the bullets will penetrate the wall and kill you. I have a great clip of dying to that but I'm to old to figure out how to post it here.TresPuertas said:

I hope the anti cheat works. It's so frustrating to be having a good game and then a hacker just wipes us out. We're still running into a hacker at least once a night. It was inevitable with free to play, but I've never seen as many hackers in any other free to play game.

I'm saying reposition to where the fight is in my favor rather than staying in one spot and just exchanging bullets.
Slide cancelling and bunny hopping are your friend in the scenarios where it's hard to get to a better spot. Movement is easily abused in this game. I try to use as much crazy movement as I can. I win a lot of gunfights from just spamming jump while I'm shooting if it's short to medium range.

I'm not sure if that was supposed to be to me since I haven't been able to play with anyone in weeks, but it sounds like you're having to use push to talk for your mic in discord?

No, if I change it to open mic, they can't hear me. I may have it figured out via the Battle.net settings.
