It takes a lot to get kicked. If you can't work within a clan then the game is not for you.
Don't know exact story details but it does take quite a lot to get a boot.
The alliance is no different than a bunch of other clans across the world.
Don't use attacks in war, attack late as a low TH, don't participate in donations / chat or be a general pain in the neck on chat, and yes a boot might be coming.
Yes we take the game seriously because we like winning. Losing sucks.
For wars lost by no or poor participation, that's an extra beating for the guys that spend a ton donating castle defense troops - dragons and hounds ain't cheap - and war attack armies are costly as well.
Our alliance isn't for everyone. We play at a fast pace and yes we are serious.

I heard if you go all wall breakers and healers you can just keep blowing stuff up. Try it next war.

I actually did the same thing to a TH7 long ago. I used 110 Wall breakers and only my heroes and it was a true 100% destruction in war. Granted the TH& had zero CC troops and was really rushed but every piece of wall was destroyed as well as all buildings. It was a pretty good laugh and funny to watch.

Hey Trip, what is going on?
Just broke 1,000 war stars and also just figured out what clan y'all were talking about in here. Had my second 6 star war in a row since I left OA last week because Huang sat me out of war for not being a good enough attacker. I didn't particularly care for the clan anyway so thanks to Huang for hastening my exit. Still pissed he took the target I was assigned then tell me my attack sucks because I had to quickly use the army I had built for that base on another that it didn't really fit.
Your clan war strategy also sucks, making people attack their number is idiotic and ignores the fact some members are better at different kinds of attacks. Keeping track of attacks for 35+ man wars in chat is a terrible idea, use Clashcaller. Had too many people take the base I was training/planning for in my short time there. It's frustrating and people shouldn't have to keep rebuilding their army for a new base.

if you think we run wars solely on chat, you didn't stick around long enough or weren't active enough to really make an informed judgement. but hey, to each his own.

I was in the clan a few weeks, although I sat out of wars for a while upgrading both heroes simultaneously. You definitely operated solely off of chat for assigning targets during that time. What other service do you use for calling attacks? You should probably tell the members if you're using it.
The attack your number strategy never got many 3* attacks during the first wave. Making lvl 9 isn't that big of an accomplishment if you're warring 3 times a week. Just getting 100% participation gets you a lot of wins with large clans. You run into a lot of farming clans and clans with open membership.

Wasn't having a great afternoon yesterday, traffic on I-10 sucks balls with the flooding, got my kids home and my 3 year old decided to lay on the ground and scream for a half hour until she pissed her pants while laying on the carpet. 5 year old kept whining to me to move the dresser because she dropped all her markers behind it so I burned some nice ribeyes while I pulled some muscles moving the dresser away from the wall. Kids start whining again because they don't want to eat burned steak. Wife comes home sees I'm in a bad mood and decides to go into her room and cry instead of help me. Kids let muddy dog in house after being repeatedly told not to, dog pees on carpet when I go to drag her back outside. 3 year old drew all over stone fireplace with crayon. Get the normal crap from the kids about taking a bath and going to bed and more whining about being hungry because they wouldn't eat burned steak, all while pregnant wife is still laying in bed crying. My rant about Huang brought my frustration level down enough to get some sleep and I'm all better this morning.
