All of these people screaming "Anti-Semite!" are very reminiscent of people screaming "Racist!" "Islamaphobe!" "Transphobe!"

When your argument is weak or flawed, you people resort to name calling.

The influence of foreign governments needs to be addressed.

Knew that one of the anti-semites would be first to post a brand new thread on this -

as opposed to just adding it to the 120 page thread that already exists on the political aspects of the war.

so Trump is so WEAK and malleable he just allows "the Jews" to control him now?!?!

how about the millions of Iranians who wanted Trump to attack the Islamic Republic?

how about the millions of ARABS who wanted Trump to attack their enemy in Teheran?

how about the millions of AMERICANS who wanted Trump to attack their enemy in Teheran.

notice how just exactly like in Nazi Germany from 1931-1945: the anti-semites always blame "the Jews" for starting wars and not the other 7 billion humans on the planet.

I would really appreciate if you would shut the hell up with the accusations of anti-semitism anytime someone criticizes the nation-state of Israel that was created in 1948. Most of the ruling class in Israel are neither Semitic nor religiously Jewish.

Bibi, the secular "Jew" from Europe has been claiming imminent threat of Iran developing a nuclear weapon since 1995. It's like the boy who cried wolf. Some of us remember the claims of WMDs in Iraq that turned out not to be true but still cost our country $3 trillion and 4,500 soldiers.

I'm just so tired of the claims of antisemitism. It's the equivalent of the "racist" claims that were thrown about after the St. George riots. It's losing its effectiveness and splitting the Republican Party. Stop.

Forgive me if I don't agree with giving billions of dollars in financial and military aid to our "best democratic" ally in the region while the Christian population in the Holy Land is plummeting. For you, Ted Cruz and all the others that cling to Genesis 12:3, God created a new and everlasting covenant for anyone who believes on his son, Jesus Christ. Christ is King!

you are super naive if you dont' think anti-semitism doesnt drive most of this bs. Where have been the last 2 years in the USA since Oct 7th good lord what an ignorant post.

I would also guess that the singing Maduro expressed all of the plans that Iran and China had within its borders. Not that he would mention that, but if he is getting on X to publish a letter as a counter terrorism expert/director/whatever, he is more political than he is business.

Iran was warned. They said screw you. Trump responded by killing and destroying as much as we can. Iran will be crippled.

I would have hoped that we would have done a time freeze for them essentially as it happened in Cuba, but I think that someone will take power there and hopefully give those people a chance at a real life.

Our action benefits Israel

And the rest of the middle east
And america
And the world, except China

The fact that Israel is riding our coat tails here does not mean they pressured us into this.

Our strategy is very clear, at least to me:

Remove or reduce or isolate actual threats to the usa

1. Venezuela- remove the anti american dictator, remove a source of oil from china, cuba and other malcontents. Remove a source of production for things like drones for Russia and iran. Force the existing govt to be friendly to the usa. A big stick and a big carrot

2. Iran- the source of nearly every issue in the middle east- either directly or through their funding of proxy groups hamas, helzbollah, houthis and others. Remove the power of global oil control via the control of the straight. Remove a major producer of missles. Take away their ability to create nuke bombs and missles that can harm our interests.

Remove their influence on other players in the region.
Again, further isolate china from oil sources and military sales.

3. Cuba- let it die on the vine. Doing so will remove another malcontent from the global stage, and one thats very close to home. The day their communist party dies is the day cuba has the chance to become an awesome place

All of these actions are america first, other nations second, the goal being to reset the global play sheet of power and influence and to isolate alleged major powers like china and russia.

But sure, the jews.

Out of all countries with Nuke ambitions, Iran's radicals have expressed the biggest desire to use them. Their devotion to their apocalyptic beliefs is on full display. I don't know why anyone would doubt them after decades of commitment has been exhibited.

I believe the primary reason why other Presidents haven't done this is because of the threat of Iranian support from Russia and other countries, but that support has never been at it weakest as it is now, which is why this time is different than the past.

And our efforts to keep nuclear peace will NEVER be over. So those of you who are tired of it need to wake up. This is the way it's going to be for the foreseeable future. And this action isn't going to end it.

Yes I realize no matter what that not everyone just gets along, especially poor folks.

World leaders propagandize the "working class" to believe that life would be soooo much better without the "others." It's a tactic used by the elite of every Country and religion in human history to keep the peasants from going after the ruling class instead of each other.

We have enough problems to take care of within our own borders. No reason for us to be spending a billion taxpayer dollars a day to benefit nobody but the elite.

It's very possible to be America First and not antisemitic, but it gets pretty obvious when the only or loudest complaints come when it involves "The influence of Israel in the US". We have a huge interest in the region, as with lots of regions in the world, but Israel is one of the few allies we have that will actively participate in their interests in their region instead of us having to do it all. That sounds like the opposite of all the complaints about Europe or Asia from the "America First" crowd, but for some reason (It's a huge mystery), when they put up more than any other ally in their own area to help our shared interests, they get blamed for everything.

You may say you aren't an antisemite, but you sure buy into a lot of antisemitic conspiracies. That is functionally the same.

You want the area to be Christian? Great! I am all for it, let's do a new Crusade! No? You don't want to have to deal with the thousands of miles and millions upon millions of homocidal backwoods maniacs to make that happen? Then stop complaining about the one country willing to put their own **** on the line to do it. When you can't make simple connections like that, there are only a few options for why, and antisemitism the shortest line between two points.

I appreciate your commentary. Here are two reasons that I have to doubt them.

1) We've been told since 1995 that Iran is months away from producing a nuclear weapon that they will use against their enemies. This hasn't proven to be true. Maybe we actually stopped them this time, but who stopped them the previous times? Why didn't they develop the weapon and attack in the past if the US didn't destroy their nuclear capabilities?

2) we were told that Iraq had weapons of mass destruction. This was not true, yet we still spent $3 trillion on the war and lost 4,500 soldiers. I'm not interested in a repeat.

These are two reasons why people might be skeptical of our intelligence or our motivations. Again, nothing to do with the Jewish religion.

These people in charge of our foreign policy is legitimately dangerous.

Of course it's no skin off their back, they aren't the ones who would have to fight. They get to claim it's God's grand plan while putting nothing on the line for it. If they are so determined to die for Israel, let them fight and join the IDF as a mercenary group.

As it is, pretty much no one under the age of 45 wants any of this.
