What if it's 100% confirmed the 2020 election was stolen?

There's a clear reason the peepaw administration took so many anti-American actions, including nominating judges who would work to undermine our legal system.

If there was some actual Release the Kraken moment then there should be a massive overhaul of the entire electoral process and some historical disqualification of the Biden presidency. We should treat it as one of the gravest violations of our Citizen's constitutional rights ever to occur. Both side of the aisle should stand up and make sure it never happens again.

But we all know that stolen election hypothesis was just a coping fever dream for twitchy, Trump loving paranoiacs and the endless efforts to manufacture a case were both highly amusing and very pathetic at the same time so don't hold your breath.

There has already been so much establishing that cheating happened in Georgia…. So this response from you is not at all surprising.

I read through most of this but did not see anything addressing legislation, EOs, judge appointments, etc. during Biden's term. If it is 100% proven the election was fraudulent, is that four years nullified? Does the "Inflation Reduction Act" get rescinded?

There is no legal mechanism to undo any of that except for Congress repealing some legislation. Which is not going to happen. As to federal judges, only way to remove them is impeachment by the House and removal by the Senate.

Having the election stolen might have been a blessing in the long run. It ultimately led to Trumps return with 10X the fight. The corruption is being revealed and all realize that the Dems are truly dishonest and in many cases completely corrupt.

Trump is a better POTUS now that he would have been starting in 2020.

Painful to admit but you are correct. The simple fact is that the Dems massively overplayed their hand to beat Trump in 2020. In the process, revealed themselves. To anyone who was looking and paying attention (such as myself) it was obvious.

There's really nothing you can do to change the past might affect some future voting laws. But honestly, as wrong and crappy as 2020 steal was, it has worked out so much better having Trump come back in 2024.

Liberal and democrat failure is always enjoyable to watch.

I honestly find it amusing that anyone still defends the 2020 election as NOT being stolen. I mean that's a special kind of stupid.

This is hogwash.

If Twitter and Facebook wouldn't have been owned by the CIA and FBI in 2020, I think that the rhetoric about this event is different in 2026.

Here are some facts. Let me know which of these you dispute:

1) The states that were running the elections in Georgia, Arizona, Philadelphia, and Detroit all had numerous instances where the election officials failed to follow the legal protocols on how to count the votes. For example, the 400,000 votes that were counted when the tabulator tapes were supposed to be signed by one person, and witnessed by two other people, were just completely ignored. This wasn't a clerical error. This was fraud. It is probably why the Fulton County election chief was fired.

2) The circumventing of election laws that are in place to prevent fraud are a real problem, with or without the proof that the election would have went for Trump without them.

3) If you purposefully circumvent election laws that are in place to prevent fraud, any claim that no fraud has been proven rings extremely hollow. Only Hillary Clinton and Dem election officials can purposefully destroy evidence of a crime and claim that they are innocent with a straight face. And, as Norm McDonald told us time and time again, Hillary lies.

4) The four cities mentioned above received about $200 million in funding from Mark Zuckerberg in training on how to do mail-in ballots through his various PACs. This is the same Facebook that was in bed with the FBI to combat "election fraud misinformation".

5) These counties all stopped counting votes simultaneously on election night. When they started back up, Biden had thousands upon thousands of votes suddenly show up out of nowhere. All 100% for Biden. We have video evidence to back that up.

6) Plenty of additional smoke, like the claim that the Fulton county bunch stopped counting due to a water leak, which in turn was actually just a leaky toilet. Videos of briefcases being pulled out from under tables as soon as the GOP poll watchers were told to go home. None of this was made up, it was all just waived away as circumstance.

7) Any claims that the courts did their job is farcical on its face. Very few cases actually looked at evidence. The judiciary were all cowards due to COVID. Everything got dismissed on a technicality with the exception of a few cases. Those cases revealed facts that are very disturbing.

The Trump administration did a bad job by putting Rudy and Kraken lady in charge of fighting this, but that doesn't mean that there is no "there" there. The above list is so much smoke that it is literally incredible to believe that there was not a fire.

Which of the above do you dispute? If you line all of the facts up, that is a very, very suspect list of coincidences, in my opinion. It doesn't take someone that is paranoid to conclude that there was fraud. In fact, in 2026, more Americans believe that the 2020 election was impacted significantly by fraud than those who do not, according to pollsters like Pew Research.

I think (so far) Trumps 2nd admin is more focused with much better leadership. Unfortunately Congress is still ineffective and judges aren't getting appointed.

It will also be tremendously difficult to undo the negative impact of Biden opening our borders to the illegal alien invasion. I don't think that damage is going to be undone in this admin

So, while the admin may be functioning better with the 4 year insanity interlude, I'm not sure the country is better off for it

Your first post read to me like all of the 0-62 scoreboard crap. The fact that there are no indictments is not proof that fraud didn't happen, just that the entire system is feckless to do anything about it.

The better move forward is just to pass better election integrity laws. Will be tough to do much more given what a mess 2020 was on every side.

Federal statute of limitations is usually 5 years. The clock has run out, and it was deliberately allowed to do so. Not just by Biden's corrupt AG Garland but also by Bill Barr squelching investigations in 2020.

The clock has not run out.

You could easily make a case that because of fraud limitations has been tolled.

But even if you can't make that stick, guess what? Bring the charges!! Let a court decide!

Trump administration is still sending out subpoenas, so they must think they can make a case that limitations have not expired!

https://www.politico.com/story/2016/02/trump-cruz-stole-iowa-tweet-deleted-218674

Quote:

"Ted Cruz didn't win Iowa, he illegally stole it. That is why all of the polls were so wrong any [sic] why he got more votes than anticipated. Bad!" Trump tweeted Wednesday morning. The tweet disappeared within minutes of posting and was replaced by with another that no longer included the word "illegally."

He followed up with an ultimatum: "Based on the fraud committed by Senator Ted Cruz during the Iowa Caucus, either a new election should take place or Cruz results nullified," he tweeted. Trump said later Wednesday that he'll likely sue. "I probably will; what he did is unthinkable," he said during an interview with Boston Herald Radio.

Cruz reacted to Trump's accusations with amusement, and ridiculed the real estate mogul as an unstable person throwing a "Tempertrantrum."

"I wake up every day and laugh at the latest thing Donald has tweeted because he's losing it," Cruz told reporters in Goffstown, New Hampshire. "We need a commander-in-chief, not a Twitterer-in-chief. We need someone with judgment and the temperament to keep this country safe."

"I don't know anyone who would be comfortable with someone who behaves this way having his finger on the button," Cruz continued. "I mean, we're liable to wake up one morning and Donald, if he were president, would have nuked Denmark"

The Trump campaign also contends that there could be some widespread fishiness with the caucuses. A person close to Trump's efforts said the campaign had received reports from Iowa of Marco Rubio supporters casting multiple caucus votes and of out-state Rubio staffers participating in caucuses. The person also cited reports that supporters of Sanders from Nebraska participated in the caucuses. (Rubio's campaign did not immediately respond to a request for comment.)

Sarah Palin, the former Alaska governor and tea party darling who endorsed Trump last month, posted on Facebook on Wednesday: "thank heavens" Trump opened up people's eyes to the lies of the political class.

this isnt really something i hang my hat on, but you really think joe biden got 12M more votes than obama? And then 20M of those voters just hated kamala and didnt vote? Obama was a cultural phenomenon, but the candidate no one was excited about, who lost every primary until south carolina, got 12M more votes than him?

I dont think there's enough evidence at this point, but it just makes no sense. Just on face validity, that election was stolen.

That's your defense against all of the election day criminal activity by election officials? That Trump said Cruz stole a primary?

I don't believe 90% of what Trump says off the cuff. The reason I am so sure of election fraud in 2020 was because of a long list of factors, some of which I posted above. I have never said I believe that the election was a fraud due to what Trump said. That wouldn't make a lot of sense.

But, then again, the losers of close races always claim fraud. Those claims should always be taken with a grain of salt. Plenty of examples on both sides of the aisle.

But, middle of the night jumps that go 100% for one candidate was the canary in the coal mine of a whole bunch of malfeasance that absolutely did happen, should not be ignored, and is routinely brushed aside by people that don't like the answer due, in my opinion, primarily to confirmation bias.

Actually he was lying. It is a bit sad to see how many gullible people allowed themselves to be duped back in 2020-21 and still remain stuck deep down the "stolen election" rabbit hole five years later. When he becomes eligible, Trump is a shoo-in for unanimous confirmation and immediate induction into the Con Man Hall of Fame as a legend. He will have a statue in a place of honor, and his plaque will be featured alongside other con-man greats P.T. So when are the indictments coming down?

I can tell you what I expect, but it's based on loads of reading in the last five months, AND assumptions that the FBI (for the most part) is about 80% free of the Democratic, corrupt, *****s, that were hired beginning January 20th, 2009. If everything stayed the same, it would take about 5-10 more years to rid the DOJ/FBI, State Department, etc., of the criminals we currently have.

Just between Arctic Frost, Crossfire Hurricane, Plasmic Echo, and Round River, there will likely be between 50-75 indictments much later during the year. Candidly, they'd probably start in the next month, or two, except it's an election year. IMO, while it's the 30-40 big guys we all know the names of, there will certainly be 2-3 times that who actually executed the deeds. I suspect those folks either have already talked, or are preparing to. Hoffman and Soros won't pay for all of the attorneys fees for these guys.

Secondly, just the paper work alone on those four investigations would easily take 6-9 months, and I'm sure the investigations have been on going for maybe 9-12 months.

Then you've got the massive election fraud which we know for sure involve Arizona, Georgia, Colorado, and probably Michigan and Wisconsin. I suspect there are 8-10 other states, but those five states are being investigated right now.

Lastly, and as I stated above, if I were the Trump administration, starting at the end of August, I'd flood the nation with the indictments until Halloween. To me, it will be very interesting to see who gets indicted from Smartmatic, Dominion, and Runbeck. I'm not sure if those investigations will be complete, but at least I know they're on going.
