After being eliminated from the SEC Tournament in the second round on Thursday night, Texas A&M now awaits its March Madness draw on Sunday. Despite suffering an 83-63 loss in Nashville, the Aggies could benefit from the defeat when it comes to their NCAA Tournament seeding.

It’s tough to beat a team three times.

Texas A&M found that out the hard way on Thursday night as the red-hot Oklahoma Sooners smoked the Aggies by 20 in Nashville. One of those teams looked like they were playing for their lives, and the other looked like they had locked up a bid last week.

With that said, here are my thoughts on Thursday’s loss:

1. Sometimes it’s just not this team’s night shooting the ball.
