- Any team, you don't know how they will react, good or bad, and their response has been great. You don't get awards for doing it early on. It has to continue, especially as the competition ticks up. When there are wins and losses, they have done a good job in not changing who they are.
- They know the competition level. They have to balance not making it a thing, but understanding that the competition ticks up.
