The irony of the same people calling Trump a "pedo protector" literally releasing pedos from jail back into the wild and obstructing federal LEOs from getting him off the streets.

Vance will be in Minneapolis on Thursday. Get the popcorn ready.

In 2028, van we please have JD Vance as the next POTUS to plan and communicate the vision of the Federal government, and DeSantis as VP to act as the heavy to come up with plans to actually execute on that vision?

That might actually give me hope in this country again.

If the DOJ makes any significant arrests at all between now and October on this issue, the GOP might not just hold onto the house, they might gain 3 - 5 seats in the senate.

Can you imagine a world where the rural parts of Minnesota are so incensed with the fraud that they overwhelm Minneapolis and give their senate seat to the GOP?

If Vance delivers on this quickly, I could actually see that happening.

But, there is going to have to be more than just talk. This all sounds good. Need to get good incriminating data fast and actually act on it.

Hard to argue against Rubio.

DeSantis has a JAG background, maybe somewhere in the DOJ? Put him in charge of prosecuting fraud if the guy Vance is tapping this week hasn't been stellar?

DeSantis is quietly kicking ass as the governor of FL. I think that the MSM has learned that attacking DeSantis on his war against Wokeism isn't helpful. That's the reason why you haven't heard from him.

He has been focused on making healthcare better in Florida. Good spokesman for that role with his wife battling cancer.

Somewhere he can get the needed national experience. It seems like Trump is giving JD and Rubio room to grow, learn, get invaluable international experience and experience leading nationally. I wish DeSantis was on this cabinet for the same reason.

That's a good point on the media being quiet with him.

To the poster below you, what in there did I say I hated DeSantis lol?

I also never said anything about him not being qualified for POTUS, man, a little touchy! All I am saying is I think what Rubio and JD are doing right now is great experience for when they have the big job if they get it. DeSantis is more than qualified but still would love to see him as a cabinet member if he's not president. He'll be in the running in 28 but I imagine it will be JD or Rubio. Isn't he on his last term in Florida too?

edit: probably should have said international experience*

More to that confrontation than the tweet implies. Guy in the back is a far right activist and the people in that car got him out of dodge:

So that makes it OK? They mobbed him and assaulted him and someone tried to stab him. Luckily they hit his bullet proof vest. So he is leaving, and then they still follow him and try to get him after he gets in someone else's car?

He had as much right to be there as everyone else.

There are several in "MAGA" that basically only came out because Trump was on the ballot. Which will be the same case if Vance wins the primary. Especially in the swing states. The red sates would have certainly continued to vote red but once the MAGA people saw what they tried to do to Trump in Butler and trying to put him in jail, that brought out a lot of people that probably wouldn't have normally voted. Hell he even turned a lot of black and Hispanic voters if you look at the polling data. IMO, I don't think Desantis could have done that.

I do think going forward that whether it's Vance, Rubio, or Desantis, we will start to see a lot more woman switch their vote to the Republican side. That is where I think in 2028, we will have a little advantage since Trump isn't viewed in the most favorable light by woman based on the "grab em right by the p" and a couple of other instances like the Stormy Daniels deal.

Before and during WWII, Americans were mostly blissfully unaware of what was really happening in Nazi Germany as German citizens - not just the uniformed thugs and soldiers - participated in and supported the roundup of other citizens who were accused of being Jews, sympathizers, intellectuals, gypsies, mentally deficient, and on and on. When the scope of the horror was fully revealed as American and British troops liberated western Germany, there was a lot of disbelief. How could their own neighbors have gone along with such obvious evil?

It's happening again here in America, but ironically it's the anti-fascists and "tolerant left" that are playing the part of the German citizen mob.

the problem is we live in two completely different worlds amongst each other.

The left thinks of themselves as heroes flighting the good fight and leading the resistance against fascism because the right doesn't want illegal alien criminals waltzing in here unfettered by the millions like they do. Not wanting to import the third world by the millions and not wanting criminals walking free around us is now the same thing as a holocaust to them. They will not ever see that dehumanizing the right - the job and family having, church going, tax paying normies who never really protest or riot or loot or do much of anything other than not vote for the socialist party when they've had enough - by calling them nazis or fascists or gestapo or racists, or radical extremists, or domestic terrorists, or "the greatest threat to our democracy", etc. is leading their foot soldiers - many of them clearly mentally ill, to be the ones banning, censoring, silencing, arresting, harassing, assaulting, and even assassinating people they think are fascist. -- and the entire left celebrates it. They call wrong-think watchers "fact checkers". They want disinformation boards and czars to silence non-socialist views. Their politicians openly call to their minions for physical and violent actions. Yet they will always see what they're doing as right and just.

I understand the desire to see see people perp walked, but this has only been a story for ~2-3 weeks. IANAL, but my understanding is that once you arrest someone, the clock starts ticking, so you better have your ducks in a row. Taking a ready, fire, aim approach seems like a good way to get everything thrown out, at which point every media outlet will be screaming from the rooftops "SEE NO FRAUD, CHARGES DISMISSED!!!" and that will be the end of it.

Make this thing be a long, slow burn. Keep this front and center all the way to the midterms and make the dems defend the indefensible every day until November.

I disagree with this vehemently. Kamala got 75 million votes for president, and probably 25 million of those only made it to the polls because Trump was running. Another 25 million went right back to the graveyard after election day.

The only way that Kamala beats DeSantis if Trump is a jerk and tells people to stay home rather than vote for DeSantis. Which, he might have done, but I think you are fooling yourself with your certainty there.

I am talking about the kid that walked around the Somali daycares showing there were no kids there. What DataRepublican and Mike Benz and others are doing tracking dark money and NGO networks that have been stealing our money is something totally different. I know these programs get administered at the state level. But when the feds see daycare funding going up exponentially in a state like MN, when there was not a corresponding exponential rise in the number of kids in the state, it should have at least triggered a drive by look from somebody at the federal level. And seeing millions of dollars going outbound to Somalia and elsewhere from areas where a huge majority of the Somali population is on public assistance of some sort or another should have similarly triggered fed law enforcement attention to where that money was coming from.

Instead, we wait for it to go viral from some no name investigative kid on tiktok and then suddenly we spend 2 days looking and find hundreds of millions of dollars in fraud? To be able to find it so easily once it gets pointed out publicly by somebody else suggests strongly that we already knew where to look and are just trying to save face by "finding it" now. Which also suggests to me that it will all go away when the furor dies down and nobody will go to jail for it.

As has been pointed out numerous times, documenting on Twitter is not the same standard as getting an inditement and arrest warrant.

Do you not think if Waltz was involved the DOJ should have 100% certainty of a conviction before arresting him. Or anyone at or near Waltz? How bad would it look to arrest him and nothing happens. The media would have a field day with that.

Also, the fraud was noticed by local administrators and they were told to stop asking questions or fired.

This is what Frey and Walz want. They believe it should be illegal to love America and be conservative. They're all in on protecting criminals at the expense of law abiding Americans.

IMHO they never cared what happens to illegals, the illegals were a tool to hold onto power and defraud the government's, city, county, state and federal. At this point they are using useful minions to protect themselves from exposure to illegal acts of fraud they committed.
The more useful idiots that are injured or killed to be used as talking points to distract from their corruption is immaterial.
We really need to rewrite our laws concerning libel and slander.
