I don't think this agent or most police officers or really anyone outside of psychopaths or in hostile war zone wakes up and thinks today is the day I'm going to shoot someone. She's all that and more for choosing this path where he had to make this choice to take her life and save his.

In my opinion, his instant reaction of muttering "****ing *****" after being hit and shooting her is a one hundred pecent honest unfiltered view of what happened. A bleeping bleep just tried to run him over and he is pissed that it happened. Do not forget that he had been dragged by a car in September too

I think you have to look at her actions just before that too. As he is walking around the front of her car the first time, she is turning her wheels toward him as he goes. The second time around, she accelerates toward him while looking right at him, he 100% has reason to believe she is trying to run over him to avoid arrest.

If it interferes with their lawful procedurces.

If honking the horn and blowing whistles to alert the target of ice's operation while impeding the ability of the officers to execute their job, yes, i think it probably falls within the realm of a crime.

Same thing if you go impede a traffic cop and they tell you to back up, you will be detained until their procedure is complete or arrested for obstruction

Nope, but impeding their work by blocking roadways is, and having the vehicle you are in command of start driving at and hit them ABSOLUTELY is...

If she puts it in park instead of drive, she's still alive today...
