Her mom can say whatever she thinks about her daughter but her girlfriend said they got out to video tape contradicts "not part of anything like that at all".

A "legal observer" stays back and films what is happening.
They DO NOT use their cars for obstruction purposes, much less trying to run over a federal agent "trying to flee" which is evading arrest...by use of a deadly weapon.
