Not sure why this board fixates on White women being such a problem when in reality the major problem is the demographic change in the country, by design of course. No. It has already been established that she and her wife were part of an "ICE warriors" group that were driving around and attempting to interfere with ICE operations all day long. She was perpendicular to the road trying to block ICE vehicles from getting to where they were going. The longer pre-shooting video shows the agents standing in the backup behind her vehicle having a discussion and they apparently decided they had had enough and were going to arrest her. When they moved in to do so, she chose poorly.
