Not sure the Corps of Cadets would be his thing but he has always been junior members volunteering time with local police and fire departments. So a regimented lifestyle as a cadet wouldn't be a complete non-starter, I would think.

Depends on his life goals at this point. Last I heard him opine on that in a youtube, he was leaning towwrds becoming a lawyer. But that was right after the trial.

Doesn't look like (as of yet) he's listed to start in Fall. But maybe it's just late paperwork or acceptance.

That's ridiculous about karma and watching his back. It is A&M. He has tens and tens of thousands who have his back because he's an Ag.

Even more important than that is shot/hit rate. Even for Rosenbaum, (four shots, five hits) he's efficient. He missed one shot on one of the four guys that attacked him that night.

And FTR: the last guy he shot, Gaige Grosskreutz, admitted on the stand that Kyle did not fire until he lifted his gun to Kyle's head. Kyle, on the ground, on his butt, shot the arm holding the gun, not center mass.

I watched the trial. Read the reports. Kyle was justified in each of the shootings.
