FYI

Tim Kerlees's parents have left Tennessee and taken up residency in College Station. They were so taken by the outpouring of emotions by the Aggie Family that they have decided to come here and keep Tim's memories alive here.

They joined A&M United Methodist Church on Sunday (6/26). My wife met them and said they are a joy to talk to.

Before anyone can say how Bonfire should or should not go on...maybe you should go to this family who has suffered greatly and see what they think.

I'm sure they will be at the 9 am service this Sunday. Find them. Ask them. Before us, as Aggies, make rash decisions.

I'm so sorry this young man and the other 11 had to suffer and die during bonfire. This bonfire is the central tradition of Aggie bonding... I really hope future Generations of Aggie Parents will see the real values developed by this fundamental Traditional. This is a great experience and I hope they will want to willingly sign legal permission slips so their Loyal AGGIE offspring can work on future bonfires and feel the sence aggie family closeness that this wonderful young man must have felt at bonfire...
