OK. Thank you. I appreciate the response.

Do you mean "Jame's" with an apostrophe or did she literally say "James"? I can't remember.

S1 is a slow build. If they stick it out, they'll be hooked. My wife was not into it initially either; she thought it was way too slow, dark and depressing. Now she's all-in.
The throttle is fully down by the end of the season 1 and it hasn't let up since, imo.

What was with the train station by the way. Why was every one there dressed like they were in the 1940s? The ticket booth operator with vest and hat, the men with topcoats and hats, women with dresses, heels, and updos.

My wife is the total opposite. Loved the first season, then didn't like all the weird stuff in season 2. She's pretty much completely out on it now.

I'm even more convinced of my Devon theory. Of course, I am probably completely wrong and will have egg on my face, or rather "a conspicuous lapse in discernment", as our mustachioed friend would say.

What a very Milkchik-esque double entendres joke :-)
I hope you get it raw.
I'm not on the hype train with the rest of this board. I'm watching the show and think it is decent, but I do not think it's the greatest thing of all time.RED AG 98 said:

The painting has been there from the beginning though. It's not like we just saw them install it this episode. I also don't think it's there just for this particular shot.aTmAg said:I'm not on the hype train with the rest of this board. This painting is a good example. So yeah, they have this shot of Dylan about to be symbolically beheaded, but the painting is ridiculous in the first place. If this painting was in any of our workplaces, we would all WTF over it. This painting is clearly put there JUST for the symbolism and is way too in our faces about it. What ever happened subtle foreshadowing?

For this thing to go four to five seasons as previously confirmed, then you have to be correct. I don't see how they can stick to just the severance floor for another 2-3 seasons.
Irving’s dog Radar in #Severance is played by the same canine actor as Shiv and Tom’s dog, Mondale, in #Succession
