Most of mine is sold out. I had a reminder set on the AMC app but I guess this didn't trigger it?

Also it's excluded from A-List, which is crap. Had never seen that before.

Guess I'm waiting till opening night.

I didn't see it until it was 11:15, and they were already gone, but was at a work conference so I didn't TexAgs. I got home this evening to buy some and they were still gone, but I chose a different theater and had better results.

I saw Matt Reeves tweet a link earlier and I clicked on it and got the only decent seat left in my theater.

This was within 10 minutes of him sending the tweet.

I figured at that point it wasn't worth sharing since all the decent seats were gone.

Apparently it's an advanced screening so no passes allowed.

I'm assuming that's why you weren't notified by the AMC A List, and instead will get notified when tickets go live Thursday morning. (2AM CT I believe)

Those sneaky *******s.

They posted a bitly short link in between Penguin and Batman in the middle left of the poster they posted on Monday that took you to the site to buy IMAX tickets early for March 1st. Obviously obsolete now, but dang.

They also watermarked a few of the movie posters with hidden messages.

It looks like it's different from chain to chain. Because I saw another theater on Twitter say their tickets go on sale "after midnight" but when people asked for specifics, refused to give an exact time. I'm not 100% sure, but it sounds like whenever theaters can get around to flipping the switch, as long as it's after midnight locally, they'll do so, and it's case-by-case/staggered.

A few spoilers in this tv spot, but a lot more Riddler.



I feel like all of these trailers and spots barely scratch the surface, since it's a 3 hour movie. We know a lot of the story beats, and some spoilery dialogue, but there's a lot in them that don't have much context (answer is justice scene, sins of the father, flare in the flood scene, etc).

Not sure. I saw TDK in IMAX and I rarely saw IMAX movies. That opening scene to TDK was when I knew we were in for a treat. The boom and rattle from the banker's shotgun blasts was so good.

Tickets purchased for both the 3:00 PM and 6:50 PM showings in IMAX at the Chinese Theater on Thursday, March 3. Exact seats I wanted. 6:50 is for back up in case I have a meeting scheduled that afternoon (or want to see it twice in a row), will otherwise get a refund.
