If they find somebody that can make a trilogy out of the Batman Arkham games, WB/DC could make a ton of money.

There is no reason we need a reboot/Wayne shooting in every movie. Batman can be like Bond and just continue adventures with a different actor.

This would really be a great way to go. Plus, they could do different eras with different Batm(e)n.

Just off the top of my head we could have a Pre-Batman/Year One Bats, Arkham Batman, Dark Knight Returns Batman, Batman Beyond, Nightwing, Red Hood...we could have a decade of films mapped out in 30 minutes.

If you have seen Young Justice, it was pretty clear that they wanted to setup a new continuity giving the younger sidekicks/characters (Robin later Nightwing, Miss Martian, etc) the spotlight where the characters we are more familiar with are more in the background (Superman, Green Arrow, Batman, etc).

Honesty, I watched the show on Netflix recently and it was very much in the vein of Timm's DCAU. IMO, it is some of the best animated story telling that DC/WB has put out in some time.

Listening to the Empire spoiler podcast. I'm 90% sure Snyder just said that he doesn't feel characters can dialogue in their superhero suits with any credibility. I do not understand how someone that says that is in charge of this universe or directing JL.

At this point, I'm not seeing any WB DC movies on opening weekend until they start listening to audiences and earn some stock with me, and I'm not seeing their movies in weekend 2 unless friends I trust tell me the flicks are worthwhile.

I love those things that Alamo Drafthouse shows before the actual previews. Turkish Batman is hilarious, and Mexican Batwoman is hot!

saw it again tonight. more thoughts...

enjoyed it more the second time around just being able to turn off brain.

Cavill and Superman...worst part of the flick. worst than Eisenberg. horribly misused, no charisma, after seeing him in the Man From Uncle, he's just a sad mopey POS in this.

wonder woman...really great. cheering for her more in the final fight than superman.

Zimmer did a good job on the score. junkie XL needs to piss off.

Eisenberg grew on me this time. liked half of what he was doing. I blame it on bad directon now.

the most egregious sin was... the flash outfit. holy he'll if that's the final outfit, I'm done with DC. wtff was that.
