The second half of this season has been great so far. Max has a big lead, but I still think it's possible for someone else to overtake him.

It is a bit of both.
Red Bull is only now acknowledging weaknesses in their car that they trace back to upgrades they made in last year's car. Max continued to win so they largely ignored the problems. That is catching up with them to the point that Max can't overcome the car's issues anymore.
On the other hand, McLaren has made significant upgrades overall, and both Lando and Oscar have made huge performance strides to where both have been able to win races in recent months.
Ferrari does well when they can get out of their own way.

I think it should also be mentioned that Red Bull is losing good leadership staff too. Rob Marshall went to McLaren, Newey and Fallows to Aston, Johnathan Wheatley to Audi, etc.

Looking back on 2021 and the lead torch passing from Lewis/Mercedes to Max/RB. There were 5 race winners and only 1 (Ocon) was not on RB/Mercedes. This year, there have been seven race winners, four have won multiple races, with four teams winning (sorry Checo).
Way more competitive at the top than 2021.

very exciting if they can get Lego at the fanzones at the race tracks ... Topps is at some but not at every, some fan zones lack so much compared to others.
Maybe Red Bull can finally build a decent floor.

Singapore has to be an absolute slog of a race. I'm sure those guys are miserable in those suits.
