Fun fact: in the 1997 Jerez qualifying Villeneuve, Schumacher, and Frentzen all set identical qualifying times.

That was the race where Schumi intentionally hit Villeneuve as he was being passed in an attempt to put them both out of the race and seal the championship for himself - not one of his better moments.

Probably the most intriguing race of the year imo. Red Bull, McLaren, and Mercedes all looked to have a winnable car at points during the race. Haas took the early gamble which made things fun. Alpine got points which I didn't think was possible.

Well I guess the countdown timer on Sargent has been sped up. Is it too soon for Mercedes/Williams to bring Kimi in for the triple header? Its 3 proper racing tracks he has probably raced on before so maybe not a big deal. Hungary at the latest

Guessing Williams will want Mercedes to pay off Sargent's contract to speed things up.
