Anybody going to Austin's race weekend? If so, any advice? We'll be there Friday, but are also interested in Saturday if anyone has extra tickets.
Here. We got the weekend GA pass. It's a fun weekend but plan to walk a **** ton. The walk from parking into COTA sucks then you walk all over the place inside the grounds. Green Day is the free concert Friday night
We only went to FP2 last year. It was hot. We had seats at T9 but stopped at T1 cause we were already tired and T1 is a big-ass hill.
At the end of the day going back to our car, we were willing to shell out a few bucks for the cabin-style bicycle riders just outside the track.

Company i work for is a team sponsor and are also doing swag for the Vettel meet and greet on Wednesday 19. Just asked one of the heads here and he said he offered them the office as a spot for it but if not he will try to get me in lol. Fingers crossed

My son and I are going on Saturday. I have three tickets for sale. I paid ~$280 apiece for them but will sell for less. Others in my family ended up not being able to go with us. The seats are at Turn 12 section 6 row 28. Let me know if interested.

I understand the clowning on Latifi, but having personally watched Yuji Ide in F1 and Milka Duno/Marty Roth/Francesco Dracone in Indycar, he's Senna-esque compared to those 'drivers'. 
Edit: Who can forget Roy Nissany's practice outings where he was 2.5 seconds slower than Latifi in the same car.

He was offered the Haas seat and turned it down. Hearing Hulkenburg will take that seat, of all people. He also turned down the McLaren/Ganassi swap deal, so IMO he has chosen to be the Merc reserve for 2023.
I think a year off might be good for him.
