Leclerc is starting from the back of the grid because of taking a complete new power unit. So no point in him. Going out. He only did q1 to get ahead of Tsunoda who also will start from the back.

Checo locked up and ran into the barrier causing a red flag.

Great job Max dealing with the pressure at the end.

Same for Carlos - he handled that pressure well and executed to the best of his ability with no screw ups.

Poor Haas. I swear they can never catch a break. Wheel to wheel with Hamilton on turn 2 and damages the front wing of Magnussen resulting in a mandatory pit in lap 6 or so.

Then Mick was having a decent little race running in 7th and his car craps out on him with 1/2 the race to go.

That does sound slick. I have two tvs in the playroom but I really wanted to watch them back to back. Plus worth giving up those tvs for the kids to let me watch in peace.

Really hope not. I just can't with the British bias of that telecast. I absolutely loved how impartial Varsha, Mattchet and Hobbs were.

Speedvision, then Speed TV, and then NBC Sports had their own commentators - I think in the last couple of years it was David Hobbs, Leigh Diffey, and Steve Matchett. They were all stuck in a studio Stateside, and they had Will Buxton reporting from the race. The SkySports coverage is much better.
